Welcome to the Radicata SEED Private 1:1 Coaching!

Hi beloved!

I’m so glad you’re here! 

And I’m even more excited that you’re feeling ready to take the next step on your journey to healing your relationship with food and your body. Thanks for being here.

I would truly be honored to be able to guide and support you while you’re walking that path. 🙂

As you know, this is not an easy path. At least, it wasn’t for me and isn’t for most of the women I’ve worked with. And it takes courage to ask for help. This is something I wish I had done earlier on my own journey because I could have prevented a few too many years of struggling and suffering.


What is the Radicata SEED Protocol?

The Radicata SEED Protocol is a journey to healing your relationship with food and your body. 
It’s a journey I have taken myself and a journey I would love to guide and support you on.

It is based on evidence-based practices + ancient sacred wisdom.

As a registered dietitian and health professional, science is important to me, but you probably know as well as I do that you don’t need me to simply throw more information at you at this point.

This is why blending science with the power of sacred wisdom creates a magical container that I’m happy to hold for you while I guide and support you on your healing journey. 


The beauty of the Radicata SEED Protocol is that it is unique for each woman, yet it is always exactly what YOU need. 

Part of the protocol is structured, following the powerful & transformative Radicata SEED Curriculum, while the other half is more flexible + spacious to allow us to explore and deepen specific areas that will be unique to your healing journey.


The Radicata SEED Protocol is a 4-part journey and it helps you to truly nurture and nourish the 4 key areas of your self: ♥ your mind (thoughts), ♥ your heart (emotions and feelings), ♥ your body (physical needs), and ♥ your soul (purpose and alignment). 

The duration is also important and we use the strength, stability, and reassuring properties of the number four.

In the yogic tradition, four months or 120 days is the time required to confirm a new habit (after the negative habits have been broken and the new one has been created). It takes time to delete old programmings and download and install the updates.

This is why the Radicata SEED Protocol is spread over  four months, or four moons as I like to say. 🙂

What will the journey look like?

If you’re interested in this offering, I will first invite you to fill out this application here. If we seem to be a good fit to walk together on this path towards a better relationship with food and your body, we’ll then schedule a 20-min appetizer session (FREE) to decide if we want to move forward.

Every moon, we’ll meet twice for 60-75 minutes each time. This would ideally be every other week but we’ll do our best to make it work for your schedule. I am pretty flexible and have time during the day and evening (depending on your time zone of course).

Every other week, I’ll be checking in with you by email to see how things are going. I will also send you a little something to read or listen to or perhaps an exercise related to what we’re working on. I ask that you plan for 1-3 hours to dedicate to the Radicata SEED Protocol a week.

☽ This means that we’ll be in touch EVERY SINGLE WEEK for these FOUR MOONS.  ☾☾

Anytime you have something you want a share, whether it’s a challenge or a win, or a question to ask, you’re welcome to write to me and I’ll always get back to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

If you want more support at any time during our four moons together, you can use one of your two emergency sessions (part of your bonuses!). This is extremely valuable for the times you’re struggling with a specific situation, whether it’s related to food, your body, or anything else going on in your life. It’s like a love line to help you gain more clarity and concrete strategies to turn this stumbling block into a stepping stone.
