Being able to ground ourselves can make it easier for us to live our days no matter what happens to us. It’s not that grounding ourselves makes us completely immune to stress but it does allow us to be more resilient.

Just like a tree. A tree with strong & deep roots can stand tall even in very windy and stormy weather. The branches will move but there will be a sense of safety & stability instead of feeling like tumbleweeds or one of those inflatable flailing tube things.
