Hi everyone! 

I haven’t been blogging in a little (long) while but I’m really excited to get back to it. After dedicating many years of my life and career working in the field of digestive health, I have recently taken the decision to take a new direction.

I’ve always felt called to work in the area of my health and life where I struggled the most and I feel like it’s time for a new challenge. Now, after a couple of decades of trying to figure out how to heal my relationship with food and my body, I want to help other women (and men too) do the same.

I thought I was the only one feeling crazy and out of control around food but it turns out almost every person I meet and work with feels that way too. Maybe you’re one of them.

This is why I decided to start exploring some of these topics with you with a very raw and honest blog series where I will share some of my personal struggles around food, diets, health, weight and body image.

My goal for you is that you can find the hope and peace to heal and finally break free.
