Video series: does your relationship with food and your body need some healing?

Note: It’s National Eating Disorder Awareness Week (Feb 26- Mar 4, 2017) and I want to raise awareness about this problem that affects so many of us and the people we love. You probably heard of eating disorders like binge eating disorder, anorexia, and bulimia BUT you might not be aware that there are many more forms of DISORDERED EATING that touch the millions of us struggling with our relationship with food and our body.

I struggled myself with both disordered eating and an eating disorder myself (read more here) and talked to so many people over the years being in the same shoes, often COMPLETELY UNAWARE of it!

This is why I decided to post short 5-10 min videos every single day of this week to help you see whether YOUR relationship with food and your body might need some healing. 🙂
