And I’m even more excited that you’re feeling ready to take the next step on your journey to healing your relationship with food and your body. Thanks for being here.

I would truly be honored to be able to guide and support you while you’re walking that path. 🙂

As you know, this is not an easy path. At least, it wasn’t for me and isn’t for most of the women I’ve worked with. And it takes courage to ask for help. This is something I wish I had done earlier on my own journey because I could have prevented a few too many years of struggling and suffering.

What is the Radicata SEED Protocol?

The Radicata SEED Protocol is a journey to healing your relationship with food and your body. 
It’s a journey I have taken myself and a journey I would love to guide and support you on.

It is based on evidence-based practices + ancient sacred wisdom.

As a registered dietitian and health professional, science is important to me, but you probably know as well as I do that you don’t need me to simply throw more information at you at this point. What you need is transformation!

This is why blending science with the power of sacred wisdom creates a magical container that I’m happy to hold for you while I guide and support you on your healing journey.

The beauty of the Radicata SEED Protocol is that it is unique for each woman, yet it is always exactly what YOU need. 

Part of the protocol is structured, following the powerful & transformative Radicata SEED Curriculum, while the other half is more flexible + spacious to allow us to explore and deepen specific areas that will be unique to your healing journey.

{ STRUCTURE + SPACE }

The Radicata SEED Protocol is a 4-part journey and it helps you to truly nurture and nourish the 4 key areas of your self: 1) your mind (thoughts), 2) your heart (emotions and feelings), ♥ 3) your body (physical needs), and 4) your soul (purpose and alignment). 

The duration is also important and we use the strength, stability, and reassuring properties of the number four.

In the yogic tradition, four months or 120 days is the time required to confirm a new habit (after the negative habits have been broken and the new one has been created). It takes time to delete old programmings and download and install the updates.

This is why the Radicata SEED Protocol is spread over four months, or four moons as I like to say. 🙂

What will the journey look like?

Every week, you’ll receive an email giving you access to the content for the week. This includes a recorded class (15-30 minutes) and some short exercises that go with it. I suggest putting aside 1-2 hours each week on the same day and at the same time because this will become part of your weekly self-care and you deserve to keep moving forward on your healing journey. 

Every moon, we’ll have a monthly Q&A, which you can attend live to ask your questions. And don’t worry if you can’t attend live, you can submit your questions in advance and listen to the recording later.

Anytime, you’re welcome to visit the private community where me and other students struggling with the same issues you struggle with are hanging out. This is a space for you to ask your question, share your reflections, get some support, and connect.
