To feel more nourished, more grounded, and more true to yourself, all 4 of your roots { body + mind + heart + soul } need some important different nutrients.

How do you know whether your roots are strong or if they’ve been mal-nourished?

Let’s look at some signs that your roots are weak and in need of more nourishment, now looking  at the second root that is at the center of the quickly growing mindfulness movement: the mind.

 

Here are 9 signs that your MIND is mal-nourished:

#1) you’re always searching for more data (about your health or anything else)

#2) you’re constantly thinking about food, your body, and your health

#3) you spend a lot of time and energy planning and trying to figure things out

#4) you find yourself obsessing about the past or the future

#5) you prefer to blame others and/or act like a victim

#6) you try to control things

#7) you suffer from anxiety

#8) you deal with depression

#9) you feel like your mind / intelligence defines who you are
