Hi beautiful soul! 

I’m Aglaée (but you can call me AJ). 

I’m a non-diet dietitian, heart & soul nutritionist, self-love guide, and the author of the book & cookbook ”Digestive Health with REAL Food” x2. 

After healing myself from severe gut issues (post-infectious IBS, SIBO, and multiple food intolerances), from an hormonal imbalance called PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), and a very complicated relationship with food and my body (emotional eating and an eating disorder), my mission is now to help women feel more NOURISHED at ALL levels { body + mind + heart + soul }. 

Feeling nourished is a choice, a path, and a practice we make every single day. And it needs to include all 4 aspects of our Self: body + mind + heart + soul.

And it’s something quite RADICAL to do in today’s world.
But here you are.

Who am I?

’m Aglaée, your non-diet dietitian, heart & soul nutritionist, self-love guide, and author of the book & cookbook Digestive Health with REAL Food. You can also feel free to call me AJ!

​I have a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Nutrition, over 13+ years of experience as a registered dietitian, and I’m the author of the book & cookbook Digestive Health with REAL Foodand founder of  Radicata Nutrition .

I actually prefer calling myself a non-diet dietitian + heart & soul nutritionist because of my truly holistic approach. I don’t subscribe to any specific diet and my mission is to help you find the best way of eating for YOUR body while ensuring that all other parts of you {mind + heart + soul} are also nourished.
