    • Thank you Sis for challenging me to the November group, Its the first thing in years that has got me fully back on track, I am amazed that i can exist without coffee, sugar dairy etc & its been made so much easier to have the group page to communicate with others on 🙂

  • I just finished my 3rd month of the REAL food challenge. I have had severe, and I do mean severe, digestive health issues since 2001. Despite test after test, and biopsies and some minimal diet advice, nothing worked. Last year I started doing my own research and tried to adjust my diet on my own. Better, but still bad. I found the REAL food challenge in March and signed up for April. I am 100% better, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Having Aglaee and the other participants to share successes and challenges keeps me on the right track.. Aglaees nutritional advice is available everyday, so I was never alone in my quest for digestive health. I will be continuing my REAL food diet, and am joining July’s challenge to keep myself moving forward.

  • I’m interested in the digestive health plan. Do you include a 30 day meal plan and shopping list? I’ve ordered your book online but it hasn’t arrived yet so if you can share a little more details it would be great. Thanks!

  • Does the December group start on Nov 24 or Dec 1st? Also, what’s the difference between the plans – Basic, Premium, Weightloss, etc.

    • Hi PJ! As indicated at the top of this page, it will run for 3 weeks from Monday Dec 1st to Monday Dec 22nd. 🙂 Regarding the plans, you get a booklet explaining the different plans once you sign up and you can ask questions in the group if you need help choosing the right one for you. I hope to see you in the December group! 🙂

  • I definitely am signing up for the second month in a row. I have learned so much about food and my body’s response to it. The posts that are made by other participants (from all over the world) and their photos keep me on my toes about what good nutritious food is and how it is prepared. This has great built-in group support with everybody being so encouraging. Aglaee’s book is my go to book for recipes and digestive health issues. I am so glad I found this site.   • Hello Aglaée! I was wondering if you could help me via your personalized consultation services ? I have been diagnosed with SIBO, rifaximin rx did not help matters, also I have mega-colon and possibly Hirschsprung disease (I have other neuropathy as well). So yea, can’t poo ever; currently taking increasing amounts of senna and enemas in order to function. I didn’t see megacolon or Hirschsprungs mentioned in your book (or did i miss it?). Anyway, just looking for help.
    I tried your diet as outlined in your book but result was excessive urination (at least 1x per hour day and night), severe heartburn, and olive oil looking eliminations. I upped my carbs to 150g per day and those symptoms disappeared but still the constipation worsens.
    Can you help a case like me?
