This course is about:

  • healing tools that dissovle the shame & guilt surrounding emotional eating
  • small & doable preventative steps you can take daily to reduce temptation and uncontrollable cravings
  • concrete practices that you can pick & choose from to reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom (yes, you have one I promise!) and intuition

You will also find meditation to do in the moment of experiencing a craving or urge to eat your emotions as well as a bonus intuitive & embodied movement practice.

Each of the 6 sections of this workshop is broken down into 5- to 15-min lectures and accompanied by beautiful visual slides that are easy to refer back to.

Who am I?

I’m Aglaée, your non-diet dietitian, heart & soul nutritionist, self-love guide, and author of the book & cookbook Digestive Health with REAL Food. You can also feel free to call me AJ!

I have a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Nutrition, over 13+ years of experience as a registered dietitian, and I’m the author of the book & cookbook Digestive Health with REAL Food and founder of  Radicata Nutrition.

I actually prefer calling myself a non-diet dietitian + heart & soul nutritionist because of my truly holistic approach. I don’t subscribe to any specific diet and my mission is to help you find the best way of eating for YOUR body while ensuring that all other parts of you {mind + heart + soul} are also nourished.
